Job Description
An experienced Business Analyst who is a French speaker is responsible for conducting indepth analysis of business processes requirements and market trends to support the development and implementation of effective business strategies. They collaborate with Frenchspeaking stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive the successful delivery of business solutions. This role involves extensive interaction with Frenchspeaking clients and partners as well as the creation of detailed documentation in both French and English.
Qualifications :
Key Skills:
1. Fluent in French: Proficiency in speaking reading and writing in French is essential for effective communication with Frenchspeaking stakeholders and clients.
2. English at least B2
3. Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting business process analysis requirements gathering and solution design to support organizational goals.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex business concepts and recommendations in both French and English.
5. Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Frenchspeaking clients partners and crossfunctional teams to drive successful business outcomes.
6. Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies as well as the ability to adapt to and effectively utilize new business solutions and technologies.
8. ProblemSolving: Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills to identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
9. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment leveraging language and cultural skills to effectively engage with Frenchspeaking stakeholders and contribute to organizational success.
