The Software Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering effective training courses and programs to help employees and customers to fully adopt our software products. You will be passionate about technology and will work closely with internal teams to understand new solution features and updates create training materials (including elearning content) and conduct online training sessions that proactively engage the recipients. The role also includes assessing learning needs and adapting training content to various audiences ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize the customer use of our software/solution capabilities and to deliver high levels of customer value realisation.
Key Accountabilities/BAU Objectives:
- Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain highquality interactive elearning training content tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Tailor training programs to industryspecific use cases and individual learner roles.
- Keep training materials updated with the latest product developments and aligned with company standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Proactis products ensuring training reflects practical applications.
- Contribute to the achievement of the companys OKRs by supporting the design delivery and ongoing evaluation of an effective training program.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in delivering software training to diverse audiences (customers and internal teams).
- Strong ability to create elearning content video tutorials and interactive training materials.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and content editing tools (e.g. Camtasia Adobe Captivate Snagit) to create engaging and professional training materials.
- Proficiency in tailoring content for varied skill levels and roles.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in software training and educational technologies.
