Job Description

Reporting to the VP Paid Media as the Director of Direct Buys you will help shape and execute media partnership for our regional CPG clients across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep industry knowledge particularly in channels such as Premium Publishers (including CTV) (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships. You will identify new ways to reach brand audiences understanding market trends and aligning with client needs to deliver innovative efficient and impactful media solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Brand Advocacy and Partnership:

  • Understand and address key brand challenges applying your industry knowledge to develop media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs by working with clients identifying their needs and objectives and translating them into actionable media plans.
  • Liaise with premium publishers CTV providers (d)OOH and other media partners to find effective and innovative ways to deliver media for brand impact.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of regional FMCG brands and their consumer base identifying new opportunities to promote brand engagement.

Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:

  • Work with internal teams such as media strategy planning paid media and measurement to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Ensure that media strategies are integrated across multiple channels to achieve our clients goals.
  • Inspire fresh ideas and guide teams to implement strategies that keep up with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

DataDriven Insights:

  • Utilise data and analytics to inform media strategies ensuring that decisions are backed by meaningful insights.
  • Provide clients with clear datafocused reporting that offers realtime insights into campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities for research including the use of consumer segmentation social listening and campaign tracking to guide strategic decisions.

ClientCentric Approach:

  • Engage with seniorlevel clients to understand their strategic business goals and guide the media planning process to align with these objectives.
  • Foster relationships with clients ensuring longlasting partnerships that provide ongoing value through innovative media solutions.
  • Simplify complex media challenges for clients and internal teams making sure that briefs are clear singleminded and focused on measurementguiden results.

Qualifications :

  • Expertise in Premium Publishers (including CTV) (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships.
  • A deep understanding of FMCG brands in regional markets with the ability to apply insights to media strategy.
  • Experience working on largescale multimarket campaigns.
  • Experience working collaboratively with media strategy planning paid media and analytics teams.
  • Datafocused mindset with the ability to interpret insights and guide strategic decisions.
  • 7 years of experience in media strategy planning and execution in largescale multimarket campaigns.
