Direct Buys Manager

We are hiring for this opportunity in preparation for exciting 2025 client wins. We may begin interview processes between now and the end of the year but decisions and offers will be made from January 2025 at the earliest

As a Direct Buys Manager you will play a handson role within the Direct Buys team for our CPG clients across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a good understanding of the industry with some knowledge in channels such as Premium Publishers (including CTV) (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships.

Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:

• Work with internal teams such as media strategy planning and paid media
• Contribute toward effectively delivering on clients goals.
• Inspire fresh ideas and keep up with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

DataDriven Insights:

• Provide clients with clear datafocused reporting that offers realtime insights into campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for research including the use of consumer segmentation social listening and campaign tracking.

Qualifications :

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Premium Publishers (including CTV) (d)OOH and other diverse partnerships.
• A good understanding of FMCG brands particularly in the regional market
• Proven track record of working on largescale multimarket campaigns.
• Experience working collaboratively with media strategy planning paid media and analytics teams.
• Datafocused mindset
• 2 years of experience in media strategy planning and execution particularly in largescale multimarket campaigns.
• Experience planning media across Europe
• Creative Problem Solving You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
• Adaptability Youre good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• Problem Solving When faced with a problem you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
