Reporting to Mexicos Client Partner the primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with agency client and partners by fostering an environment for delivering an efficient and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and while focusing on individual business acumen mentorship and the growth of their assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on the most complex and/or strategically important client(s) accounts (international cross capability or large group client) and collaborates with others to create client relationships expressed in NPS scores of C Suite client contacts.
- Lead the optimization of the delivery depending on business objectives of the account/client.
- Be a trusted advisor for our clients works with Clevel members of our clients and extend our network within the client organization.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for our most complex clients.
- Lead complex and/or strategically important renewal efforts.
- Develop wellarticulated Strategic briefs that inspire innovative and effective approaches to solving client business problems and leads the team to deliver the objectives of the brief.
- Provide oversight of the current client remit whilst guiding growth activity through documented Account Growth Plans that lead to account growth.
- Manage commercial targets ensures client projects are resourced to deliver successful outcomes and work with Client Management VPs to problemsolve any gaps.
- Fluent in all Fundamental Tools. Identify and close any gaps where we are not meeting our standards for great Client Management on a client Hub or across their network. (Meta TikTok Google CRM Analytics among similar)
- Recognised by our partners as a key influencer within Jellyfish. Works with the most senior levels of Client and Jellyfish leadership to develop bestinclass strategy resulting in significant positive impacts on client business outcomes.
- Mentor clients and people by earning trust delegating and providing valued expertise.
- Redirect conversations towards outcomes instead of output by articulating the value exchange to clients.
- Support the delivery Team in the delivery and advocacy of new products.
- Support more junior members of the organization in finding their subject matter expertise.
- Evangelises about their specialized subject area both internally and externally
- Understand the skill level of the team and works with internal resource teams to ensure all individuals are equipped to manage the client workload they are assigned.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a subject matter expert both internally and externally across multiple Performance Marketing products and/or verticals.
- Experience in AAA account management and commercial focus.
- Experience with high volume delivery accounts and high budget management.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in similar role and seniority.
- Business English proficiency is preferred.
- Experienced working with optimization of delivery to achieve business objectives.
