Job Description
Reporting to our VP Retail Media as Senior Retail Media Manager you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation & optimization reporting & insights testing & data analysis and client communication across complex retail accounts. Success in this position requires organization the ability to function within a global team environment and the willingness to exemplify Jellyfishs core values (be accountable be positive be passionate be the solution).
We are hiring for this opportunity in preparation for exciting 2025 client wins. We may begin interview processes between now and the end of the year but decisions and offers will be made from January 2025 at the earliest
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks ( Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independatly complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds daily pacing optimizing and reporting
- Help create professional clientfacing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
- Interface with clients through written phone and in person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Stay abreast of new tools trends and best practices
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience
- 12 years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon with experience working in the Ad Console
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue
- Experience managing complex retail media budgets
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets experience.
