Reporting to the Head of Americas Analytics as the Country Lead for the Mexico and Colombia markets you will lead the Mexico & Colombia Analytics team and client portfolio with a strategic focus on domestic revenue growth and act as a Center of Excellence (COE) supporting North America. This clientfacing leadership role requires an analytics expert who can develop and implement comprehensive analytics solutions manage resources and bring highimpact results for Jellyfish and its clients. Youll shape clients measurement strategies improve Martech solutions and enhance performance across Jellyfishs analytics services.
Client Strategy & Market Success
- Domestic Revenue Focus: Lead efforts to increase Jellyfishs domestic revenue applying data insights to identify new business opportunities and improve profitability.
- Guide the development of customized analytics strategies that deliver measurable ROI and align with clients digital marketing goals in Mexico and Colombia.
- Be the primary analytics leader for clients ensuring client relationships and deliver datadriven insights that improve client satisfaction and growth.
- Communicate successes challenges and priorities with the Head of Analytics AMER and other leaders to align with Jellyfishs vision for North America and beyond providing datainformed insights to partners that explain the impact of analytics strategies on outcomes and revenue growth.
Center of Excellence (COE) Support for North America
- Be the Center of Excellence sharing best practices advanced analytics methodologies and innovations with the North American team to ensure consistency in Jellyfishs analytics approach across regions.
- Collaborate with the North American analytics teams to support crossregional programs applying scalable analytics solutions that enhance Jellyfishs global analytics capabilities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop a team of analytics professionals promoting a culture that values collaboration innovation and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide applicable balanced feedback to support the ongoing development of team members promoting career progression and maintaining a positive team retention rate.
Partnerships & Global Initiatives
- Develop strategic relationships with global partners including Google and lead initiatives to enhance Jellyfishs presence and reputation in the analytics field.
- Support global analytics initiatives by working with crossmarket teams to drive consistency scalability and excellence across Jellyfishs analytics offerings.
- Represent Jellyfish at important industry events conferences and publications in Mexico Colombia and the wider Americas promoting thought leadership and building new client relationships.
Client Growth & New Business Development
- Drive revenue growth from analytics services through client retention upselling and crossselling in partnership with the growth and account teams.
- Collaborate on sales pitches and support new business initiatives to increase overall client order value and secure new clients.
Operational Excellence & Resource Management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to Jellyfishs quality standards by managing resources and prioritizing workloads.
- Use pacing data and project tracking to control costs and improve resource allocation advising on best next steps for client projects.
Create a Culture of Equity Respect and Psychological Safety
- Champion an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives respects each team member and creates a safe space for innovation and risktaking by being role model ethical decisionmaking and fair processes in hiring performance reviews and all interactions with clients and team members.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in analytics or digital marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an agency setting.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 360 Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform with knowledge in how SQL JavaScript and data visualization tools like Looker support our Martech goals.
- Experience implementing analytics strategies for both digital and nondigital media and to present complex data insights to executivelevel audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing crossfunctional teams and driving results in a fastpaced clientfocused environment.
- Clientfocused mindset and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
- Business English proficiency
