Job Description
- Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements through meetings workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Articulation summarization creating insights from gathered information and data.
- Support the analysis of data and business processes to identify trends opportunities for improvement and potential solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications and user stories.
- Help generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and project status.
- Work closely with project managers developers and other team members to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Have interest in following technical usage trends understanding technology and usage to be able to effectively interact with different technical teams.
- Understanding business needs for training and onboarding.
Must have Skills
- Analytical thinking presentation content and storytelling
- Bilingual Native Japanese Language & English proficiency
- Good to have skills : Business orientation (Capable)
Qualifications :
- The candidate should have a management degree.
- Have good communication skills and a good understanding of data and how it can be used.
- Understanding of business analysis and modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio Lucidchart or Balsamiq.
- Basic understanding of requirements management tools like Jira Trello or Asana.
- Should be empathetic and strive to exceed the expectations of their customer.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Must be a Japanese citizen.
