Job Description
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Leverage your indepth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design implement and manage complex marketing automation solutions for our clients.
- Business Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges providing expert consulting to develop tailored marketing strategies and roadmaps.
- Business Process Development: Analyze current business processes and develop comprehensive roadmaps for improvement and optimization ensuring alignment with clients strategic goals.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and business analyst participating in client meetings workshops and strategy sessions to drive successful outcomes.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Business Requirement Extraction & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business requirements translating them into actionable technical specifications and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure that all requirements align with the clients strategic objectives and marketing goals.
Qualifications :
Must have Skills: Bilingual (Spanish English) Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
