Job Description
In this varied role you will take responsibility for national and international projects and advise customers across the entire SAP SuccessFactors product portfolio.
This is what your workday could look like:
- Design SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from conception to implementation of the system configuration.
- Leading Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions.
- Support of the project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SuccessFactors
- Assumption of independent tasks (e.g. as subproject manager) as well as preparation and followup of project meetings and workshops.
- Steering the different stakeholders in the project relationship management with customers
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Professional experience in implementation projects as a (sub)project manager
- At least 3 certificates incl.1 professional level in SAP SuccessFactor
- KnowHow of the whole product portfolio and their roadmap
- Strong communication skills in German and English
