Job Description
- Responsibility for management of the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements.
- You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects. (introduction expansion upgrade rollout etc.).
- Management in all project phases from conception design customizing prototyping to roll out as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Ensure customer success satisfaction and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
- Define methodology tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption.
- Establish and actively manage executivelevel relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT).
- Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer.
- This position requires business knowledge direct interaction with clients and may include team management for both onsite and offshore resources.
- Ensure in time & quality delivery for the project/program revenue consumption and profitability management.
Qualifications :
- Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications.
- High customer orientation service attitude and business acumen.
- Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Strong writing mentoring decision making communication and meeting. facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
- Clevel communication skills / senior stakeholder management.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and change.
- Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus.
- Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises.
- 10 years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise.
- This role may require up to 100% travel.
- Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
