Job Description
Experience Required: 10 years in IT with 5 years in integration platform management
MustHave Skills
- Retail & CPG Expertise: Broad experience in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
- Integration Expertise: Indepth knowledge of integration patterns (Events APIs ESB Files) protocols (REST SOAP) and data formats (JSON XML).
GoodtoHave Skills
- Experience with API management microservices architecture and cloudbased integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Management
- Ensure seamless daytoday operations of HIP services meeting SLAs and resolving issues promptly.
- Take endtoend ownership of overall service delivery.
Platform Management
- Maintain high availability performance and security of the HIP platform.
- Oversee platform monitoring troubleshooting upgrades and patch management.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders IT teams and vendors.
- Drive and lead integrationrelated inquiries and escalations.
Incident and Problem Management
- Investigate and resolve integrationrelated incidents ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.
- Collaborate with support teams and vendors for effective problem resolution.
Change Management
- Oversee the planning testing and deployment of changes to integration services with minimal business disruption.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor system performance track metrics and generate regular reports on service availability and capacity.
- Identify optimization areas and implement performance improvements for efficient data flow.
Documentation and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration platform configurations and processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and tool improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure successful production releases.
Communication
- Proactively update stakeholders on service performance planned maintenance and upcoming changes.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years of handson experience in integration platform management.
- Proven experience with integration patterns API management microservices architecture and cloudbased solutions is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of integration patterns (Events APIs ESB Files) protocols (REST SOAP) and data formats (JSON XML).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
