Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with expertise in the OrdertoCash (O2C) process to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD modules with handson experience in configuration optimization and integration with other SAP modules. You will play a key role in delivering effective solutions that enhance business processes and meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA SD solutions including sales orders pricing billing and shipping to align with business needs.
- Configure and support OrdertoCash (O2C) processes ensuring seamless integration with SAP MM FI and PP modules.
- Set up and maintain master data such as customer masters condition records and sales area data to ensure accurate processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing deliveries billing and integration with finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations that enhance the efficiency of the O2C process.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges and provide expert solutions.
- Provide postimplementation support including user training and ongoing system improvements.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices applying them to improve existing systems.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant with expertise in the OrdertoCash (O2C) process.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD modules including their integration with other modules like MM FI and PP.
- Handson experience in setting up and managing master data including customer masters condition records and sales area data.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales orders deliveries billing and finance integration.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong communication and customerfacing skills with the capability to manage client expectations effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
