What your impact will be
Your main focus would be define and analyse business requirements and needs being the bridge between the different internal stakeholders (mainly Legal Tax Finance Commercial Dept) and Technology (e.g. Dev Teams Architecture) in order to identify possible solutions:
to meet the needs of the business simplifying its evolutions
to highlight what is strategically important in terms of information
to force the organisation to best integrate its activities flows
Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis on order and processes through checks on DB accounts and transactions to identify and model current activities
Identification and representation of the possible solutions
Support Development teams on the functional design of the solution and validate it defining and executing testing procedures
Support issue resolution and decision making related to Sales and Billing systems
Prepare functional documentation in order to keep track of analysis and solutions identified
Qualifications :
Your expertise
Degree in Economics Engineering or similar fields and / or previous knowledge acquired in your work experience
Knowledge of Excel with good skills in pivot tables formulas etc
Ability to represent functional requirements and processes and solutions design
Fluent English written and spoken
Desirable:
Basic SQL language
Previous experience as a business analyst or similar role
Knowledge of Google Suite instrument
