Job Description
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for JDE ERP implementations upgrades or migrations.
- Define project scope timelines budget and resource requirements.
- Lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and endusers.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements define business processes and ensure user adoption.
- Manage JDE ERP system integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality.
- Manage risks issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress monitor resource utilization and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels keeping them informed of project progress and potential challenges.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay uptodate on the latest JDE ERP features updates and industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in JDE ERP project management or a similar ERP system REQUIRED
- Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE Cloud REQUIRED
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent project management skills including planning scheduling budgeting and risk management.
- Experience in business process analysis and gap analysis.
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
