Job Description

Your tasks
- Aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes to foster innovative usercentric solutions and promote creative problemsolving and collaboration.
- Conducting research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design Interaction Design Information Architecture and User Interface Design principles.
- Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
- Working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions
- Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG.
Qualifications :
What you need
- You bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Psychology or a related field.
- You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
- You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.
- You are resourceful creative and confident in solving complex design challenges independently and managing the entire design process with support.
- You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends.
- You work well in a team value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- You actively mentor junior and midlevel designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.
It would be a real bonus if:
- You have experience implementing Human Interface Guidelines in your projects.
- You are skilled in crossplatform design.
