Our Tax Development Center team consists of multiple highly qualified Software Engineers and Business Analysts closely working together on complex taxrelated functionalities. Our products offer a range of features that assist banks and financial institutions across the globe in providing taxcompliance services for both local and global taxes.
This position offers a oneofakind chance to enhance your software development skills while gaining banking expertise. We encourage you to expand your knowledge by delving into several areas of our banking system enabling you to become an expert in our core banking software and industryspecific business processes.

Your key tasks
Working with Oracle databases PL/SQL development and Avaloq native scripting language (prior knowledge/experience not required)
Demonstrating ownership and taking responsibility for your area of expertise
Conducting analysis designing and developing new features within our teams scope of responsibility
Identifying and resolving software defects as well as improving and optimizing existing functionality
Enhancing the quality of our functionality through automated testing and code reviews
Qualifications :
Excellent software engineering skills with a deep understanding of software development processes and industry best practices
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with a commitment to high standards of quality
A teamoriented mindset and strong communication skills in English to facilitate close collaboration with colleagues and clients worldwide
It would be a real bonus if you have
Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL
Familiarity with German Tax Related Topics or previous experience in tax or financial services
A university degree in Computer Science Information Technology Mathematics Physics Engineering or similar fields
Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals (ACCP) Certification
German language skills are a plus
