Job Description
We are seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our investment advisory team in Makati Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining highquality userfriendly web applications that support our investment advisory services.
- Design and implement responsive intuitive user interfaces for our investment advisory platforms
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with serverside logic
- Optimize application performance and ensure crossbrowser compatibility
- Implement and maintain code quality standards best practices and coding guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Stay uptodate with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure smooth user experiences
- Contribute to the development of reusable code libraries and components
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of investment advisory concepts and financial markets (preferred)
- Previous work experience in the financial services or investment advisory sector (preferred)
