What will your day as an Robotics Service Engineer within stow Robotics look like Challenge is already assured! Below is an overview of the challenges you face within this role in our organisation.
You performs all the necessary tests repairs and maintenance of the technical installations at customer sites (this can be done national and/or international).
As part of the helpdesk team you provides telephone support to end users and integrators in a limited 24/7 time schedule in a rotating schedule.
You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing. Affinity with software is recommended.
Training of end users and integrators at customer site and at Movu Robotics.
You assists the Commissioning team during installations.
Detection commercial Service opportunities at current clients and discuss this opportunities with our sales team.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- You have a bachelors degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- Projects abroad do not scare you off
- Good knowledge of Dutch/English. French is definitely a plus
- Computer skills: MS Office Teams
- You are sociable eager to learn driven and cheerful
