This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands XLN for Small Business
Salary: 22308.00 per annum with uncapped commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering world class service.
- Upselling and promoting products to customers through excellent service.
- Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
- Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous experience in a leadgeneration environment is desirable but not essential.
- A confident communicator we want people who can have great conversations with our customers.
- Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of the call.
- A team player who works well with others and has a love for delivering service.
