Job Description
The Vuori International Franchise Specialist will support the International Franchise team in driving cross functional initiatives with regards to sales merchandising operations and marketing to support our franchise partners strategic growth plans each season. This individual will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the franchise/wholesale buy cycle. This individual will also be responsible for supporting all operational aspects of franchise retail store development including new store opening projects and implementation of retail marketing visual merchandising and training directives seasonally. The role requires a smart enthusiastic and detailoriented team player who takes ownership over projects and ensures successful delivery and feels comfortable in an international and dynamic fastgrowing organization. The ability to foster strong relationships with partners based overseas is a must.
Qualifications :
What youll get to do:
- Serve as the liaison between Vuori corporate office and international franchise partners supporting commercial directives and ensuring partner alignment with Vuori processes procedures and standards.
- Maintain uptodate functional knowledge of Vuori retail directives to inform progressive partner development and drive retail excellence globally.
- Support new store opening projects and manage deadlines with partner and crossfunctional departments.
- Liaise with internal and external marketing teams to ensure that all partners receive updated seasonal imagery digital assets POP and promo items as needed.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external Visual Merchandising teams to facilitate retail transformations and executions brand standards launch activations and events.
- Compile regular partner VM reports for internal review working to ensure VM standards are maintained.
- Create and distribute seasonal training materials assisting partners with training as needed.
- Review weekly franchise sales reports analyzing various KPIs and summarizing trends and opportunities.
- Maintain seasonal price sheets by region partnering with Sales Operations to validate and ensure system accuracy.
- Manage seasonal sample lines including sample inbound tracking organization and shipment to partners as needed.
- Assist with seasonal market coordination providing administrative support including sample organization sales tool preparation F&B arrangements and other showroom needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- BA from an accredited university and 3 years of experience working in franchise or retail preferably in international environments and/or at a global apparel or accessories company
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications with higherlevel experience in Excel
- International experience a plus
- Ability to travel if necessary
- Exceptional organization attention to detail and followup skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of VM and retail execution as well as franchise/wholesale buy model
- Strong data management skills and proficiency in pulling data from different ERPs/analytical environments
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling competing priorities
- Proactive mindset ability to think endtoend
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to move crossfunctionally and assist in areas not necessarily outlined in job description
- Resourceful flexible and excellent team player

The salary range for this role is $75000 per year $85000 per year.
