Business Advisory Wealth Asset Management - Associate Partner

Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a Business Advisory  Wealth and Asset Management Associate Partner. 

Becoming part of theBusiness Advisory FS teamwill present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on securing major international accounts to support our growth in international markets. This will meanworking with our FTSE100 clientson a wide range of advisory projects bringingdeep business and technology expertiseto help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations. 

Your role as an Associate Partner with extensive experience working in the Wealth and Asset Management field means being akey player to lead and drive the development of the Financial Services practice in terms of: 

• Deep Industry Expertise and Experience: Proven deep expertise in the wealth and asset management sector including knowledge of key industry players products processes and systems. 

• Business Development: Play a key sales role driving complexbusiness proposals and contributing significantly to account development.Drive challenging deal wins and sales growth by expandingnetworks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders. Demonstrate cuttingedge expertise on a topic being ableto make a difference when selling enrich value propositionanticipate trends and clients needs. 

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with highlevel key clients in the investment and technology sector.

• Engagement Leadership: Oversee our most complex client projects to deliver maximum value for the client. This is a critical part of how we sell at Wavestone by demonstrating repeated excellence in delivery.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role: 

• Solid foundations inconsulting skills with significant experiencein external clientfacing consulting or equivalent roles within the wealth and asset management sector. 

• Proven track record ofselling consulting services(account planning pitching to clients proposals value proposition development). 

• Solid network of contacts within Financial Services.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organizationexperience in managing and leading teams developing and coaching the wider consulting team.

• Provenbackground leading Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility.

Travel and Location 

• Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a fulltime basis but are required to commute to the office /client site whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London. 

• Note: Mandatory 23 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation.
