Job Description
Perform production assembly work of light electromechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity with close attention to detail following manufacturing assembly procedures.Read and work from blueprints wiring diagrams parts lists sketches written and verbal instructions.
- ElectroMechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settings
- Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specification
- Manufacture of PCBAs cable assembles cables harness and power supplies
- Undertaking fault diagnosis with a view to cure once promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with others including manufacturing engineering quality and the design team
- Align with Health and Safety and 6S
- Lean principles within the manufacturing department
- Undertake crosstraining as well as providing training to others in the department
- Work with limited supervision and follows written and verbal instructions
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of basic assembly and electromechanical assembly functions
- Ability to read and understand (in English) blueprints schematics engineering drawings and written procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to operate machinery such as soldering iron power screwdrivers and various hand tools etc
