Managing and Facilitating Customer Presentation and visits Professional Experience 48 years experience in presales for IT services Has been part of Presales team and worked on Bids Worked in international teams (especially with European Teams) Is familiar (high level) with services and solutions Know how of application Development projects Know how on application maintenance and support projects Know How of with Project Management processes Professional Skills High Analytical skills Excellent communication and comprehension skill Does have strong expertise in MS Office (esp. PPT) Understands cost structures Is able to create simple to medium complexity calculations Understand technologies in the IT industry well enough to challenge the solution Understanding of ITIL fundamentals / Certifications Other Skills Advanced English Level German language would be an addon Open for teamwork and can present/ moderate cross team sessions (virtually and local) Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Strong stakeholder management skills APMP certification
