As a part of the SAP AMS presales team at TSystems India you will take responsibility for the successful realization of the deals for SAP S/4HANA AMS within the framework of the TSystems deal management process.
Your tasks
- Own and drive the responses to the SAP S/4HANA AMS RFPs and RFIs.
- Monitor and control the Solution design (as Lead Solution Designer for larger deals)
- Participate in creation of SAP solution value propositions and story lines as relevant to the deal.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of SAP products and services.
- Tailor presentations to showcase how SAP solutions can address specific client requirements.
- Conduct Due Diligence workshops with customer to validate all assumptions and close any gaps.
- Describe the implementation / development or support methodology assumptions obligations technical risks.
- Identify and use the best pricing model as applicable to deal and estimate in detail the effort and price for all solution aspects. Present the pricing as per the customer requirements and as per the internal approval governance requirements.
- Closely work with technical SMEs from delivery teams for technical knowhow / gaps in solution.
- Align with the delivery team on the capabilities and solutions presented.
- Prepare detailed proposals in required formats and structure outlining the recommended SAP solutions including benefits and cost estimates.
- Create visually appealing and informative proposal documents for client presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with client needs.
- Handover the solution / outcome (the agreed contract) to the internal delivery organization
- Organize and perform Solution kick off with the team to ensure all assigned resources are aware of their tasks solution approach and win themes.
- Identify and manage and mitigate relevant delivery and technical risks.
- Identify and work on opportunities for continuous improvement in Solution design process.
- Periodically update the Go to market and capabilities in area of SAP S/4HANA AMS.
Your profile
You have successfully completed study preferably with technical and/or business background.
You have experience in SAP Presales / Solution Design defining and designing solution independently for bids (simple to medium complex)
You have experience in pricing SAP AMS deals and can run various estimation tools.
You are willing to work in an individual contributor role to begin with.
Organizational skills:
- Knowledge and experience of Agile practices.

- Overview of market trends and competitor products and solutions
- Deep understanding of SAP products and services
- Very good knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel and Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of the national and international Sales & service provision and cooperation with international colleagues
