Provide Tier Two support for hardware and software issues both inperson and remotely.
Set up laptops and other devices for new employees.
Troubleshoot walkup queries and resolve issues promptly.
Support users with basic networking tasks and hardware maintenance.
Handle user setups including Office 365 administration (user adds moves changes).
Troubleshoot and support Point of Sale (POS) systems as needed.
Assist with printing password resets and login issues.
Manage and support Meraki network devices including routers and access points.
Understand and support systems in AWS and Azure environments.
Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications :
Requirements
Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite including SharePoint administration.
Experience with Meraki devices and Cradlepoint routers.
Foundational knowledge of networking and POS systems.
Basic understanding of AWS and Azure environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite at least three days a week (Monday through Thursday).
Hunger for learning and growing in the IT field.
