We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support business expansion efforts and optimize business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills including experience in Salesforce Service Cloud SQL and data visualization. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data identifying business opportunities and improving business processes. The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work closely with the Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
Must be willing to work US Central Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data to support potential business expansion and identify specific business opportunities.
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects and assist in managing selected projects.
- Coordinate with various departmental teams to improve business outcomes.
- Test and analyze business processes identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Write and maintain clear and wellstructured business requirements EPICs and user stories.
- Create reports dashboards and visualizations to track business performance and identify automation opportunities.
- Perform data discovery analysis and modeling and develop reporting tools for enhanced business insights.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Perform quality assurance and report on technical issues making recommendations to the product team.
- Own and develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integrations.
- Constantly seek ways to improve monitoring and deliver better value to the customer.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- Degree or certificate in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in eliciting requirements and conducting testing.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in building complex spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge in process documentation generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud specifically Omnichannel.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management.
- Advanced SQL skills for more complex data analysis tasks.
