Job Description
Educating AI: Review and analyze AIgenerated outputs providing structured feedback aimed at improving the models accuracy and its ability to handle realworld problems. Your insights will help the AI better understand complex situations and refine its reasoning abilities.
Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear stepbystep solutions. Guide the AI through these problems to teach it how to approach and solve them logically and effectively.
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases inaccuracies or gaps in the AIs knowledge base. Design and implement tests that challenge the AIs understanding and push its boundaries to ensure that its outputs are reliable unbiased and applicable in realworld scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with AI engineers researchers and other stakeholders to integrate your feedback and improve the AI models performance over time. Help drive the evolution of the AI system to meet realworld needs and deliver valuable outcomes.
Qualifications :
Native Proficiency in French: Must have native fluency in French with excellent writing skills to clearly communicate complex ideas and feedback.
Residency in Belgium: Applicants must be residents of Belgium and have an understanding of the local language culture and context.
Education: An Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Experience in a writingintensive role (researcher journalist technical writer editor etc.) is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are crucial for providing clear and actionable feedback.
AI Training Experience: While experience with AIrelated tasks or training models is preferred it is not mandatory. We are open to candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the development of AI systems.
