Job Description
Educating AI: Analyze AIgenerated content and provide structured feedback aimed at improving the AIs ability to generate accurate relevant and contextually appropriate responses. Your input will help enhance the AIs overall performance and ability to tackle complex realworld problems.
Problem Solving: Solve complex problems stepbystep explaining your reasoning clearly and logically to assist the AI in learning how to approach challenges effectively. Your goal will be to teach the AI how to reason through problems and apply solutions independently.
Red Teaming: Identify biases inaccuracies and gaps in the AIs knowledge base. Design and conduct test cases that challenge the AIs limits and ensure the outputs remain accurate reliable and appropriate for realworld use.
Collaboration: Work closely with AI development teams to provide actionable insights and ensure that feedback loops are incorporated into ongoing AI model improvements.
Qualifications :
- Native Italian Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian with excellent writing and communication skills in the language.
- Residency in Switzerland: Candidates must be based in Switzerland due to regulatory requirements.
- Educational Background: Associates degree (or higher) from an accredited institution is required.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in professional writing or research roles such as journalist technical writer editor or similar fields.
- Familiarity with AI systems or prior experience in AIrelated tasks such as feedback analysis or training is a plus but not essential.
