Job Description
- Handle manual and online payments including employee reimbursement intercompany settlements domestic supplier payments pay import duty and VAT; liaising with relationship banks on loan agreements forex settlements; conducting monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage Bank account including bank account opening update closing and annual inspection.
- Provide support for relevant Finance projects such as system upgrade annual auditing etc.
- Assist Manager to identify potential areas for improvement support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization.
- Other Adhoc assignments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of accounting experience in cashier and/or AP (fresh graduate may be considered if highly motivated).
- Good written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word. Good basic computing skills comfortable with IT/system tools.
