Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Technical Analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Services Field Service Marketing and Power Platform Apps (collectively known as D365).
- Technical Configuration of D365 including workflow security roles batch jobs data migration and import jobs and other related tasks.
- Write technical design documents for customizations reports integrations and data mapping.
- Development for modifications customizations and new reports in D365 with development that is in line with recommended best practices.
- Modify D365 Reports for required enhancements.
- Data mapping and data import of records into D365.
- Integration between D365 and other systems.
- Conduct training on technical areas of D365 including security integrations data imports report configuration user setup.
- Map D365 data entities with Power BI.
- Conduct Build Verification Testing (BVT) once a release is made to validate the release.
- Provide technical support for D365 and associated technologies including performing root cause analysis and documenting the resolution on the portal.
- Write 12 D365 Technical blog articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- .NET Skills
- Communication: Good verbal and written Englishlanguage communication skills
- Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies. Should be very comfortable with Outlook and Excel and familiar with Word and PowerPoint
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM Customization
