Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Owners Project Executive to join our team. In this strategic leadership role you will serve as the owners primary representative overseeing largescale construction projects and ensuring successful project delivery while protecting the owners interests.
- Provide executivelevel oversight and direction for multiple construction projects
- Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead contract negotiations with contractors consultants and vendors
- Establish and maintain project controls including budgets schedules and quality standards
- Direct risk management strategies and mitigation plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects contractors and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ownership
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes regulations and safety standards
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance
- Analyze project feasibility and make recommendations for process improvements
