Job Description
Join our team as the Stewarding Supervisor and become one of the authors of our story. In this role you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Supervise support and monitor utility stewards dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant service
- Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
- Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments
- Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified
- Schedule assign daily work inform and train team members
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- One to three years of experience in similar position
- Professional appearance and manner good character to work in a fastpaced team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
