Job Description
Qualifications :
- Based in Geneva Switzerland
- Minimum 5 years of luxury hotel leadership experience in Revenue Management and Reservations Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Wellversed in revenue management & distribution technologies (PMS RMS CRS)
- Growth mindset and positive competitive spirit
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in email document spreadsheet and presentation software as well as an aptitude for learning new systems quickly
- Ability to adapt and reprioritize highest impact tasks in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Maintain a professional and positive presentation providing exceptional customer service in guestfacing communication
