What Youll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls from small business owners representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
- Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
- Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
- Confidently deescalate any customer grievances.
- Be flexible with hours to ensure were there when our customers need us.
