Job Description
Overview:
Conduct quantitative and financial analysis within the Farming operation. We are looking for a Sr. Farming Analyst who possesses strong skills in data data analysis and research. They will develop and maintain databases and extract information to present data in a format relative to Farming operations.
Heres what youll do:
- Work with management to improve data gathering and reporting capabilities
- Serve as inhouse expert/resource for restricted use materials reporting platform
- Database management and reporting of ranch resource projects such as wind machine usage sizer data reporting development plans etc
- Collect analyze and maintain data related to water resource operations
- Regulatory tracking and reporting for numerous water county and state agencies
- Represent the company in the community and at public and professional meetings
Qualifications :
Heres what youll bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Economics Analytics Agri Business or related field with 4 years of work experience conducting data and statistical analysis in a work setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems including data mining and analysis
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel Oracle and Power BI Reporting
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfortable performing general administrative duties
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to summarize and illustrate trends develop and execute database queries and develop and format modeling inputs and outputs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
Pay Range: $85000 $90000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
