Inventory Coordinator

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels including creating cycle counts reconciling raw materials and finished goods and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
• Process sales orders transfer orders and returns efficiently working closely with customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to improve efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
• Process and resolve EDI issues in Oracle in a timely manner.
• Assist in annual physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Oracle R12 and EDI (electronic data interface) structures
• Advanced knowledge of Excel Word PowerPoint & Outlook
• Detailoriented with strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills
• Must be flexible on daily work schedule
• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.

Compensation Range: $18.00  $22.00
