Job Description
As a Loss Prevention Executive at Villa Haven you will play a key supervisory role in ensuring the safety and security of guests team members and resort assets. You will lead a team of security officers implement security measures and enforce safety protocols to minimise risks and losses.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in loss prevention security management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
- Excellent knowledge of security operations surveillance systems and emergency response protocols.
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Certification in CPR first aid and relevant security training programs is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
