Villa Resorts is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Corporate Sales Team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners and play a key role in coordinating travel partners and managing legal documentation. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales team ensuring efficient operations and clear communication.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and travel partners ensuring seamless coordination of bookings inquiries and collaborations.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation contracts and agreements related to sales activities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle email correspondence and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Support the team with customer relationship management (CRM) system updates and database management.
- Coordinate salesrelated events meetings and conferences as needed.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key sales metrics and performance data.
Qualifications :
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administration preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and sales processes is a plus.
