Job Description
As a Kids Club Attendant you should be passionate and ambitious about everything you do. You will have the opportunity to develop your natural gifts and pursue your highest potential in providing extraordinary childtending services. To be trusted by a childs parents is no small accomplishment and we look forward to working alongside you to earn that trust every day and give support to the Entertainment & Recreation Manager.
- Provide a sincere and loving attitude towards children showing patience and concern for their wellbeing and handle any situation calmly and sensibly.
- Keep the play area safe and free from hazards while monitoring children consistently throughout the day.
- Clean play equipment games and toys on a regular basis to keep them safe and attractive.
- Keep individual records for each child that include information about his or her behaviors daily activities meals eaten medications received and other important and mundane details. Discuss this information with each childs parents on a daily basis.
- Create daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate fun and interesting. Lesson plans should always encourage full participation by each child.
- Participate in learning activities with the children including reading art and crafts music and singing.
- Complete administrative duties including signing children in and out and recording their details and any special needs.
- comply with and uphold all health safety and security regulations and procedures.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant.
- Excellent listener Fun and engaging personality.
- Caring compassionate and patient.
- Skilled at developing and leading children in fun leaning activities.
- Good command of English.
- Any other language will be an added advantage.
