- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Wash and polish glassware bar tools and equipment regularly.
- Conduct daily opening and closing duties ensuring the bar is ready for operation and properly secured after service.
- Perform regular inventory checks to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning protocols.
- Promote daily specials seasonal cocktails and premium beverages.
- Suggest pairings or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in promotional activities events and themed nights to attract and engage guests.
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist teammates with tasks during busy periods and share knowledge to foster teamwork.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high volume.
- Indepth knowledge of mixology drink recipes and bar equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a fastpaced environment with multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems for order processing and payments.
- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
