About this role......
- Develop update and manage website content in adherence to standard templates making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
- Sort upload and maintain written content according to scheduled deadlines.
- Upload marketing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) following best practices for content management systems.
- Generate monthly summaries and reports on content uploads providing administrative support through record maintenance and custom report creation for datadriven insights.
- Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty programs set up and operations
- Works effectively and independently with the clients and the third parties on the daily operations and execution of marketing campaigns
- Ongoing relationship management with partners clients and internal teams
- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
You might fit for the role if you have......
- Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
- Background in the field of client focus position or experience in agency account servicing will be an added advantage
- Basic HTML or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge for content formatting is preferred
- Detailminded proactive cando attitude and excellent in analytic and problemsolving skills
- Good time management project management and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
