Job Description
Duties:
- Travel to a handful of practices to support Mohs surgeon
- Escort patients to and from exam room
- Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Sterilize / pack instruments
- Comfortable with removing sutures/ staples/ pressure bandaging
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Help provide great care and great customer service
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant experience and patient care a priority
- Dermatology experience a plus must be able to work at hectic pace and enjoy the thrill!
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
Job Type:
- Fulltime Monday Friday
- Travel between Madison Trumbull Southbury. Simsbury and Groton ( Usually Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays )
Experience:
- Mohs experience preferred but we will train the right candidate
Education:
- High School Diploma
Certifications/Licenses:
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
Compensation:
- Hourly pay $22 based on experience
- Performance based bonus UP to 10% of base annualized compensation
- Travel stipend
