Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee and train all Front Desk staff in Plymouth and Quincy with best practices including filling and moving provider schedules
- Hiring firing and performance evaluations of front desk staff
- Supervising and training all aspects of the patient registration process including verifying insurances
- Executing and maintaining all Admin duties in ATHENA
- Supervising and training of Insurance Prior Authorization process
- Supervising Patient billing process through RCM
- Maintain strict patient and physician confidentiality
- Reporting to Practice Manager

Additional Information :
Job Type:
- Fulltime
- Monday Friday 8:00 am5:00 pm
- Must be willing to go to both offices in Quincy and Plymouth
Experience:
- Front Desk Operations and Scheduling Optimization
- 2 years experience as a Lead or Supervisor
- Experience utilizing EMR is required
Education:
- Associates Degree preferred
