World Translation is one of Denmarks largest translation agencies. We are part of the EasyTranslate Group spearheading the development in the translation industry by combining the best of AI and human expertise for the benefit of our customers. We specialize in delivering translations and other language services to companies around the globe serving as an international sparring partner for our clients. World Translation employs about 35 people at our office in Tilst Aarhus and is part of EasyTranslate Group which also has locations in Copenhagen and Skopje Macedonia. Project Management
As a project manager youre the bridge between our customers and freelance translators. Youll be responsible for your own customers and manage the relationship as well as projects from your portfolio companies. Projects can vary from minor to major longterm projects. Youll oversee the whole process from drafting an offer to delivering the final product to the customer at the specified quality and profitability levels. The job as project manager is therefore an interplay of many different skills both linguistic technical cultural and commercial.
As a project manager you will join a project management team with a very close collaboration. Team members support each other and chip in with tasks whenever necessary. The team setup fosters a very open environment conducive to knowledge sharing dialogue and sparring.

- coordination of translation projects into various languages
- contact with Danish and international customers and translators
- language consultancy to customers
- deploy the latest language technology and AI tools
Who are you
We envision you having a relevant qualification at bachelors or masters level or similar qualification. This could be in languages or communications though an IT or financial background with a passion for languages and project management is also desirable. Its essential that you speak and write Danish and English. Its a bonus if you also speak and write German fluently. Furthermore we expect that you:
- speak and writeDanish and Englishfluently
- can work out of our office in Tilst Aarhus
- possess a strong general understanding of how languages work
- have robust IT skills knowledge of translation tools and/or AI is an advantage
- are customerfocused effective at communication with sound business sense
- are a team player and have a positive and cando attitude
- have a commercial mindset and understand that the perfect project is a balance of excellent service and quality and good financial sense
- are adaptable solutionfocused and proactive in managing tasks
- work in a structured manner and can keep a sense of perspective even in high pressure situations
- attend to detail while ensuring deadlines are met
