Job Description
FLINT is seeking a dozer operator to carry out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine for a permanent position in Fort McMurray AB starting in December 2024. In this position you will enjoy a 14 on/14 off schedule camp accommodations flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours worked.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a D8 is required.
- Open pit mining experience is an asset.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.
- Able to provide a clean insert # year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information :
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
