- Greets residents with enthusiasm by name and a smile both in person and by phone. Achieves name recognition of at least 75% of residents.
- Prepares alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with appropriate garnishes.
- Arranges bar supplies and glasses to make attractive displays and keeps area in a neat and sanitary manner.
- Records all sales collects money operates a cash register and follows all cash handling procedures as required.
- Follows POS system accurately when taking and serving orders so that the correct meal order is served to each and every customer.
- Practices safe operation of all equipment/machines (iced tea juice machines bread warmers yogurt grills etc.).
- Prepares for service before opening and cleans after the meal (wiping tables vacuuming floors cleaning chairs ensuring acceptable appearance of the dining area)
Schedule & Pay
- Status: Fulltime
- Shifts: 7am 3:30pm Tues & Wed; 11am 7:30pm ThursSat off every Sunday and Monday
- Every other holiday is required
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- NO LATE NIGHTS!
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Six (6) months prior bartending experience.
- Pennsylvania Responsible Alcohol Management (PA RAMP) Certification required or willing to get certification within first six (6) months of employment.
