Job Description

Summary

The HR Systems Manager will provide strategic oversight to all Human Resources (HR) systems including but not limited to the Human Capital Management (HCM) system time and attendance system Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and how they interface with other company systems.  They will also be a key contributor in the implementation or major upgrade of Asburys HCM.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR technology exceptional project management skills and a strategic mindset to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Asburys HR operations.

Essential Functions Include but not limited to:

Strategic Oversight of HR Systems:

  • Oversee the strategic planning development and management of all HR systems including but not limited to those for Human Capital Management (HCM) Time & Attendance learning (LMS) applicant tracking (ATS) survey facilitation employment verification background checks policy storage and Asbury intranets with employee and manager resources.
  • Ensure the integrity security and compliance of all HR data and systems.

HCM Implementation Leadership:

  • Colead (with outside PMO) the endtoend implementation or upgrade of Asburys Human Capital Management (HCM) / Time & Attendance system(s) including planning configuration testing change management and deployment.
  • With assistance from an outside consultant develop maintain and manage project and change management plans timelines and budgets to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery of the HCM system.

Qualifications :

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems management
  • Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and software applications.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
