- Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and uptodate drug and narcotic records for each shift.
- Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
- Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents physical social nutritional spiritual and activityrelated needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Medical/Surgical Rehabilitation or Geriatric Nursing
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Compassion patience and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors
