Job Description
- Administer physical therapy screening evaluation and treatment to residents ensuring personalized care aligned with their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident.
- Document resident progress accurately and comprehensively utilizing stateoftheart technology for seamless recordkeeping.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure highquality care delivery.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by obtaining CEUs in accordance with state requirements.
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Program
